Now that the world’s largest economy is bouncing back from the pandemic disruptions, employers are facing a challenge trying to hire workers to fill open jobs in the United States. As a result, US job seekers may have an advantage when negotiating with employers for pay. Many employers are offering higher wages and other benefits, such as flexible work schedules, in order to fill US job vacancies or to retain their current employees.
